May I Introduce Myself . . .

I am a Master Teacher and Coach.  I have  been teaching the metaphysical principles of Louise
Hay to groups and individuals for over ten years.

As a Heal Your Life® teacher and coach, I am committed to being the catalyst for peoples'
insights into themselves. I deeply appreciate having folks learn and grow around me and am
honored to participate with students and clients in this way.
I have been a student of many spiritual programs and metaphysical teachings for over thirty
years, including Arica, est, comparative religions and Swami Muktananda.

I have participated in over 2 years of training with Dr. Patricia Crane, a principle of Heart Inspired
Presentations,LLC and designated by Louise Hay and Hay House to train and license Heal
Your Life® teachers worldwide.

I have studied the works of Shakti Gawain, Joan Borysenko, Doreen Virtue, Marianne
Williamson, Debbie Ford, Dr. Judith Orloff, Science of Mind and American New Thought.  I am
trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique, spiritual coaching, Kitchen Nutrition and other
healing modalities.
As The Computer Tutor, I developed the "Basics for Beginners" educational technique.  My
teaching experience over the course of twenty five years includes both children and adults and
ranges over a diverse set of subject areas.

I have worn many other hats in my life including newspaper columnist, founder of Aunt Sunny’s
Brown Sugar Cookies,  newsletter editor and desktop publisher.

I am the proud mother of two wonderful adults and loving partner to my Jack, for thirty seven
years.
